Dressmaking has been my one and only job in my lifetime, besides being a mother. Naturally, I’m a caring and personable woman, who embraces people from all walks of life. I’m a strong believer in emotional connections and not only do I enjoy creating for my clients but I enjoy listening to everyone’s love stories & future plans.
I’m a New Zealand born and based designer dressmaker, I create and craft my wedding gowns from my home studio in Tauranga, New Zealand. I work with brides and clients in the Bay of Plenty but also from all over New Zealand.
You’ll also find me working from my second studio in Waiheke, New Zealand. So working with wedding dress clients (or any clients for that matter) from Auckland and Northland is a breeze!
PRACTICE
For as long
as I can remember
I’ve been sitting behind a sewing machine from a young age. From making my own clothes as a teenager, to making matching outfits for children as they grew up, to creating dresses for entire bridal parties. I’ve built my business up over the past 30 years. My eye for detail & perfectionism is my craft. My heart really lies with Bridal wear - featured here is my stunning daughter-in-law Charlotte.
More than just a job

My job is the reason I get out of bed in the morning. It’s such an honor to bring smiles to all of my wonderful client’s faces. Receiving photos, heart-warming cards and messages from all the beautiful people I’ve worked with, make it that much easier to love what I do.
